By accessing or using TranslateInDesign (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by One Day Build. “You” refers to the individual or entity using the Service.
TranslateInDesign is a web-based tool that translates Adobe InDesign IDML files into target languages. The Service processes your uploaded files, extracts text content, performs machine translation, and returns a localized IDML file for download.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use of the Service beyond the free preview (first 10 rows) requires payment. Current pricing:
All charges are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Pricing is subject to change with 14 days notice.
You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant One Day Build a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license solely to process that file for the purpose of translation. This license expires when processing is complete and the file is purged.
The TranslateInDesign software, brand, and interface are owned by One Day Build and may not be copied or reused.
We are committed to your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details. In summary: uploaded files are processed ephemerally and purged within 24 hours. We do not log or retain file contents.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that translations will be error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for publication without human review. Machine translation has inherent limitations — particularly for design-specific terminology, proper nouns, and idiomatic language.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Day Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, any pending files in processing will be purged.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
